The Role is for Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm.

As a Customer Experience Superstar, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our busy facility, while delivering outstanding customer experiences to visitors from all walks of life. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with inquiries and bookings

• Manage front-desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment

• Provide administrative support and financial management

• Contribute to the overall success of our community facility
